Versaweb offers dedicated servers with multiple levels of managed support — Fully Managed, Basic Managed, and Self-Managed. Our managed dedicated servers are available with your choice of cPanel/WHM or Interworx control panel and are fully administered by our team of experienced support technicians.

With our managed dedicated servers, you can focus on running your business while our experts provide the powerful, reliable infrastructure you need.

Managed server infrastructure

Physical Hardware Management

We proactively monitor your server for potential hardware failures and remediate detected issues as quickly as possible, including BMC monitoring and SNMP software.

Control Panel Software

Our team installs and configures your cPanel or Interworx control panel and all related software packages, including initial migration of hosting accounts from your current provider.

Contacting Support

Technical support is available through our NOC Portal at noc.versaweb.com — 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Operating System & Security

We install, configure, and optimize your server's operating system, perform a security audit and hardening, and keep your OS updated with the latest security patches.

3rd Party Applications & Software

We provide best-effort assistance for 3rd party applications like WordPress, Drupal, and Magento, as well as custom server configurations such as nginx and Varnish cache.

SLA & Limitations

Versaweb provides a 99.9% uptime guarantee on managed dedicated servers. Managed services have a soft limit of 4 hours/month. Contact Billing within 7 days of downtime for SLA credits.

When was your company founded?

Versaweb has been providing high-quality hosting services to customers since 2004. We are a private family-owned business under the same management since day 1. Many of our customers have been with us since the day we opened!

How many locations do you have?

Currently we have 2 locations — our flagship location and headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada, and a secondary facility in Seattle's Westin Building.

Technical support is available through our NOC Portal Helpdesk 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We do not currently provide technical support by telephone.

How do you offer such low prices?

We're able to offer some of the lowest pricing in the industry because we run an efficient operation and keep our overhead low, allowing us to pass the savings on to our customers.

Do you give multi-server or other discounts?

Yes, we do offer volume discounts for customers purchasing multiple servers, and we also offer discounts for 3, 6, or 12-month pre-payment terms. Contact us for further details.

Can I rent a rack or cage in your datacenter?

Versaweb does not provide colocation services, but our sister company, Fiberhub, does. If you are looking for colocation services with the same great level of service and affordable prices, give us a shout!
